I was midway thru draft of post in deal chatter, and I was kicked off/signed out in seconds! My dark mode preference disappeared, and top Right menu showed “Log in” instead of profile & name…
I had to sign in again, including entering 2FA registration!
Is there some sort of logged on time expiration?
It was probably just a hiccup.

Some mysterious glitch in the wooterverse, internet, or Discourse. who knows. nothing personal. Carry on.
Probably logged in on multiple devices and one of them triggered 2FA confirmation.
