Very good reviews (4.6 out of 5.0) over at

Check out the discussion from March

I had four 19 inch 4:3 monitors on my desk and was getting tired of not having the same wide screen setup that I’d grown accustomed to at work. Saw these and purchased three on the last Woot sale.

Stands were very basic monitor stands but I was able to completely remove them and mount the monitors up on the same VESA arms I was using with the old ones.

Very happy with the three I purchased, they look good and perform as expected. Now that they’re back on here I’ve ordered a fourth to replace the one remaining 19 inch monitor on my desk.

I’m so tempted to pick these up for the office. I think my personal monitor, an ASUS 19" LCD, is the largest monitor in the building. But we’re all getting older and bigger is better. I was thinking of holding out for 24" or more. But I’m cheap and so are these monitors. They have great reviews and we aren’t very picky. I’ve almost convinced myself to buy a few.

Edit: Okay. I did it. In for three.

I have a 22" which I am using right now and it’s a world of difference over the 19" that I replaced. Only problem is that I paid a lot more than $80 for mine, actually more than twice as much. I am tempted to buy this one now and hold on to it for when this one craps out.

These were on sale a few weeks ago and I snagged one of these, as well.

I like them. I mean, nothing is “wow” about them by any means, but at the same time, it’s cheap and if you need an extra monitor, these will do.

With that said, I’m an average user in that I don’t really care about the quality of the monitor as long as I don’t notice anything “off” about it. Thus far, nothing seems “off” at all and these have met my expectations. The worst I can say is that the color seems slightly cooler than what I’m used to from my monitor but that’s because I just left at default settings for now, and it’s nothing I really notice other than being different from my laptop monitor.

For the price, I’m perfectly happy with the purchase and I’m considering buying another one.

Keep in mind, there is no HDMI. There is, however, a DVI connection in addition to a VGA (which is what I’m using until I get a DVI-HMDI line).

And, this is my first comment on Woot despite having been on this site since, I think, 2007.

Quality comment. A very quality comment. A comment of extreme quality. A quality, quality comment. Comment on the quality of the comment. I am making a quality comment. Quality comment on the quality of the comment. High quality. High quality comment.

Take two aspirin and go directly to sleep.

need a decent monitor for my growing collection of raspberry pis. I know I will need DVI to HDMI converter but can anyone forsee any other issues? Really nice price for a 22 inch monitor and I have had great experience with woot! re-furbs (tivos, dysons, …).

Bought 2 on last month’s sale.
Very good quality for use with MAC air, my college daughter loves it too. I tried both the DVI and DSUB ports and there was virtually no difference in screen quality, so just use the cable that comes with it.
PS- so easy to set up, a hamster could do it.

Unfortunately, my referb was completely busted. Have to RMA.

Ugh, sorry. Looks like the box got dropped on the front.
