I am stuck in a loop with the app where Amazon log in wants me to do a bot challenge but opens a browser window to the Amazon homepage instead of logging me in. I cannot log in to woot with Amazon log in., I can use my woot log in.

Hi there. Could you try logging out of both Amazon and Woot. Then log back into Amazon before logging into Woot.
