trying to connect with Amazon for Amazon Pay and Prime benefits but the app keeps redirecting for an Amazon password reset. When I go to the Woot website it works fine and connects immediately, even through my phone’s browser. I’ve uninstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared cookies and still the same. Woot customer service just says go to the login page, use my Amazon account info and if the email exists in Amazon then the accounts automatically link. I think that was just a pre-written response because it didn’t seem to address anything I explained in my email. I’ve tried to contact them again but no response.
