Item condition is “new, open box” but warranty is 90 days from Woot rather than one year from Apple. Are these iPads AppleCare eligible? If not, why not?

for $90 more you can get it brand NEW on Amazon - in all the colors. For $299 you can get the same unit NEW with 128gb on Amazon. this isn’t really a fantastic deal in my opinion.

Both comments above are spot on.
And unless you very specifically know you need 512GB of storage based upon personal prior iPad experience, don’t waste money paying Apple’s inflated storage prices.
Probably 95+% of mainstream iPad users - this A16 base model - will have plenty of storage at 128GB.
