Arrived today. Several issues…
Really large dent in the bottom.
Scratch across the bottom third of the screen.
Claimed to have “4” usb-c ports and has only 2.
Not sure what to do about this…

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
They offered a $200 credit. Then, upon further review and clicking About This Mac, the laptop I received isn’t even the correct one I ordered.
It stated NEW for the one I purchased, and a 2.4ghz processor with 4 thunderbolt ports.
This is OBVIOUSLY used, only a 1.4ghz processor, and has 2 ports.
Called again and they are going to check into see if there are any of the actual product I ordered available.
This is a huge disappointment Woot. I’ve been with you since the beginning, have ordered HUNDREDS of things from you over the years, and generally have been satisfied. I really hope that the actual product I ordered is available and can get to me expedited somehow.
I’m talking with the computer team as well. Give us a bit as it’s getting near the end of business here.

Returned the mistake and received the proper laptop in perfect condition.
