Junk. The damned thing quit working right after the warranty expired. Nearly 1500.00 down the drain. Wouldn’t buy a broom from these guys again.
I’m really sorry to hear about that. Did you contact customer service about the problem? I know the warranty had expired, but they might be able to help.
