I got one of these the lat time they were on sale - it arrived with dead ports.
Were you able to return it?
No. When I did the initial test the day it arrived the back thunderbolt ports both displayed video just fine. The very next time I plugged it in though, they didn’t work. When I contacted computerland, they gave me grief because I couldn’t immediately send in the laptop … this replaced my dead laptop, and I need it for work. So it’s not like I can just ship it to them without having a spare computer to use… I will be reaching out to them this week about sending it in for repair.
