This unit arrived in good condition with the exception of no sound or microphone. Very dissatisfied as it was purchased for Zoom meetings and is worthless.

I managed to correct the sound and microphone issues at a local shop. Now, two months later, the computer won’t boot and it appears the 512GB SSD has failed! The drive is soldered to the logic board and cannot be replaced independently! Help WOOT, it’s still within the 90 day warranty and I need it for work! I can’t recommend buying anything technical from WOOT if this computer is any indicator.
