I received Grade A. It is Not reconditioned/refurbished by Apple, but a 3-rd party.
It was not even in a Box, but loosely wrapped with brown paper. (Apple’s factory refurbished will be packaged with their box)
It is defective. Its headphone does not work, and Woot so far has NOT reply to my request to return or refund after 48 hours.
