Does anyone know what company refurbished these iPhones? Based on the warranty I’m going to say it wasn’t Apple.

We’d list “Factory Reconditioned” if Apple had done the refurb. In this case, all we know is that it’s another certified company.

iOS 8?

5S can run IOS 9.x its just missing some of the wizbang hardware enabled features of the 6 and 6S

What carriers please?

Bought one of these a few weeks ago. Had to return it because a full battery died after two days of NO use. You would think a new battery would be a given on a used phone.

Considering the rumors of a 5se, this is a waste of money.

Well it’s already a waste as there’s alternative OS variants selling new with equal or better performance at this price point. But that’s a whole other topic.

In the US T-mobile and AT@T. as well as a bunch of MVNO’s

When Apple does the refirb you get a new case as well as a new Battery…

This is a great phone if you want/need a smaller phone. It supports the latest Apple iOS. It does not weigh you down. IMHO, the newest smart phones are too big. If you need something that big get a tablet.

Does this phone come with a new battery and Does it have a sim card included?

I have an unlocked I-5 that was originally Verizon. AT&T won’t give me a sim card, they say the Verizon model won’t work right with AT&T’s 4G. What carriers will this work with?

will this work with sprint?

Does this come with a sim card?

I bought one a couple weeks ago on the same (or similar) deal. Battery is 95% (doesn’t quite charge to full), but works fine all day. I got a nano-sim from T-mobile on a pay-as-you-go plan. Works fine as my back-up phone.

I also bought one the last time this was offered. Phone is in PERFECT condition. No marks, dings or anything. I think it was a T-Mobile phone originally. I use TING and once I bought and installed a Ting SIM, the phone worked flawlessly. I did have to update the system when I got it and it took a day or so for the battery to fully charge. I had an iphone 4s and the battery was almost dead. I decided it was more cost effective to purchase this phone than pay for a new battery.

It is unlocked for GSM Carriers:

GSM: UMTS/HSPA+/DC-HSDPA (850, 900, 1700/2100, 1900, 2100 MHz); GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz); LTE (Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 13, 17, 19, 20, 25)

You would need to get a SIM card from your carrier.
