Refurbished Late 2013 iMac 27 inch deal.
Bought one. Took forever to ship.
Finally arrived yesterday. Only had 8GB ram installed, advertised as 16GB. Emailed, refunded me $55.00
Which I used on Amazon to buy 16GB ram.
So now I have 24GB installed.
While unit looks great, lots of burn-in on screen.
Very dim.
Hooked up a external 2560x1440 monitor via Thunderbolt, looks great.
Customer service needs a rework.
Tried calling them 11 times, no answer.
They are slow to respond via email.
