depending on battery health and any issues with sound, the Pro1 vs Pro2, the only major difference I notice is ANC is much better with Pro 2. I think Pro1’s are good enough and for $90, not a bad price…but since it’s been out for 5 years now, hopefully you are getting a later built one…discontinued Sept 2022.
I just received mine and the right earbud is toast. Nothing but static with ANC enabled. It’s too bad, but I’ll just wait for holiday deals on the second gen or Pixel Bud pro 2.

Same with the pair I received. Checked the serial number and they were manufactured in Aug 2020 and are supposedly the defective early batch Airpods pro. (AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues - Apple Support) Commenting here so other buyers can check their airpods and make sure that they are not receiving a defective one that in my experience will have the ANC failing sooner or later. Also, make sure you check not only the serial number of the charging case, but also the serial number of each of the ear phone to confirm the manufacture date of both ears. Each of my pair seems to have a different manufacture site and their manufacture dates are a few weeks apart. So my speculation is that it seems like they were possibly put together as a pair by the refurbisher when they were originally from two different pairs. Just submitted a return request and will return mine.

I just got mine too and the best part was the shipping. I didn’t even get to try them on because my ear tips have ear wax in them and below them on the speaker grill. So disappointing.

Disgusting. Got them delivered pretty quick, then things went downhill. The Ipod case had some type of snot(?) smeared on it, woot offered me $25 to disregard the snot; or a full refund if I wanted to send them the snot. Also, went to pair the Airpods with my phone, and they were still registered to the previous owner, the message popped up saying that the owner of the airpods will be alerted that I tried to pair them. What an absolute waste. Think I’ll only use Woot to try for a BOC from here on out

I’ve had the exact same experience. They are still registered to a previous owner. Says that the owner will be notified. Sent an email yesterday I have not heard back. Guess I’m going to just send them back like everyone else. Bummer.
Just got mine and they are still tied to someone else’s Apple account. What a bummer.

I contacted the 1-year warranty provider who responded by saying Woot has a 30-day return/replacement policy and to contact them.

I received mine yesterday. The right AirPod gives constant static. This was going to be a Christmas present for my wife. I will contact customer service. What a bummer!
