NO offense, but I can’t find a 16 GB version on the Apple web site. the 128 GB version is going for $399 on the Apple site.

Is this device 16 GB or 128 GB?

The 16 GB version is discontinued (no longer stocked or sold by Apple), at least not via its web store.
