Costco has it for $249.00 in black Friday ad…if you can wait.
As of right now, It’s actually the same price as the refurb.

Actually, the Costco version is the newer 9.7” with the A10 chip for $249.99. Available Nov. 22, but also only 32 (nearly useless) GB. Plus it’s only in gold…
CostCo one is current iPad, not the same model as this iPad Pro.
Major difference is that Pro has a laminated screen, true-tone display, a better camera, 4 speakers instead of 2, it is a little thinner and a little lighter.
Processor in the current iPad is a little faster, and it has a bigger battery.
Also, Costco has 128 GB 9.7” about to go on sale at $349.99. Again, not the older 9.7” Pro, but the current gen A10 with pencil support. Having tried both, the Pro is slightly easier to draw on with the faster refresh and “thinner” glass, but the regular ain’t a slouch either.
New one is $329.
I just received mine and it says wifi & 4g at&t. Does that mean I’ll need a cellular plan to use it because I don’t have or want at&t
No, you can use it with Wi-Fi only. You just happened to get a better unit.
