I have one of these headed back to Woot as we speak. Tried to contact them, no response. Customer service seems to be GONE. Anyway, the phone showed up with a screen protector installed. Under the 59 cent screen protector, the glass was scratched like it was kicked around a NYC subway station. The battery was not at 85% as advertised. It was at 75% and went from 100% to 65% in about 1 hour.
