Has anyone ordered one of these and gotten anything somewhat decent? I’ve ordered a couple of these scratch and dents in the past couple of weeks and they’re really beat up. I’ve ordered S&D’s in the past and they were never this bad.
Damn I just got the same…looked like it was run over on the highway, such a bummer since it’s probably the 10th refurb I’ve bought from woot and I finally got a bad one. I’m hoping it’s not the new normal buying on here…
My mother and I both bought one in the previous sale- hers looks like new and mine looked like it had been dropped from the roof of a ten story building multiple times- not to mention the speakers were filthy. Like, literally brown. 
Woot let me return it and I took a chance on another one. This one’s not quite as sad looking, but almost, and I’m pretty sure something is loose inside it. It makes some pretty sketchy noises and you can actually feel the internal mechanisms thunk around. 
To be clear, we’ve NEVER had a problem with refurbished items from Woot before, but both of these sales were highly disappointing. I don’t know if they’ll accept a second phone return from me, but I may have to reach out to CS again…
Not my circus, but I appreciate when people post the good the bad & the ugly products Issues that happen around here. I’m sorry you guys all got bad apples this time, but customer service will take care of you. Thank you for posting
