Just called Woot to learn the Batteries have not been replaced! Why buy a refurbished phone if the battery is questionable? Woot said only Apple can install batteries. Makes no sense to me.

The batteries are tested and replaced if needed.

So that link doesn’t really help me. How do I see whether these phones are blocked by Verizon?
Mine arrived already (fast shipping-thank you!) but unfortunately, it’s dead. It won’t charge at all. (Customer service has been contacted.)
I’m very sorry. I do suggest that you give it a full 12+ hour charge before starting it up. Batteries are often shipped drained for safety.
