Do they support LTE?

From the specs:

Are these factory refurbished?

If these are unlocked, why is Verizon not supported?

I’m a little confused by the following statement listed under features: “Please note: You will need to adjust the APN settings on the phone to match your specific carrier’s settings. Please visit http://apnhowto.com/ for step by step instructions.”

This link takes you to a page that only talks about Android. Is there a different link for IOS? Is it even necessary for IOS?

Has anyone bought one of these S&D phones before? How S&D was it?

They are refurbished by a third party.

the fact that they only have 16gb means these are only worth it if your phone just exploded and you have no other options. It’s kind of pathetic that they don’t have the larger sizes.

We’ve been called worse.

Unlocked means they’re not tied to any particular carrier. It doesn’t mean they will work universally across all carriers. Verizon uses different network technology/standard/frequencies than do AT&T and T-Mobile. The specs listed under Wireless seem to indicate these phones “may” work on “some” of Verizon’s towers. Unfortunately, not all areas use the same frequencies and standards.

In a nutshell, you’d want to contact the carrier to insure a certain “unlocked” phone will work with their service.

Thanks!

$449 at Apple Refurbished store. However this includes standard 1 year Apple warranty.
