@wootbot So here’s the deal. I bought one of this on November 15th 2021, got it by November 18th an iPhone XS 256BG Space Gray, so far so good.
It’s a refurbished phone (which I already knew) what I didn’t know was that the actual delivered phone is an iPhone X 256GB black, which is a previous model year than the one advertised and sold to me! Way to go Woot! ripping off your customers…
Best part is that you try to call them and the morons of Woot won’t even call you back or reply your emails to complain about the fact that they sold you the wrong phone! Did I mention that aside the fact is the wrong phone it is also Locked and I can’t use it with my carrier!
Woot you did outsmart yourself! That’s a great way to loose customers… Sell them the wrong stuff and then just ignore them, that’s a great business model…
