Buying two since I know my house eats cables. After a few weeks, they just disappear.
Received mine today, but return address not Woots, came from Brooklyn. What gives?
I predict these are crap, just like the ones that came with the ipod. Already had to exchange the original cable after a few weeks. Expecting the same to happen with these. Printing my invoice for proof of purchase, since one wasn’t included with the cables.

I got my shipment today… A plain kraft envelope shipped from Brooklyn, NY with NOTHING IN IT. I ordered TWO of these cables and the envelope was completely empty, nothing on or in it except for the FedEx shipping label. This is the shipment supposedly from Woot because it is the FedEx tracking information provided by them. What do I do now?? The envelope does not look opened or damaged in any way. How can I get my money back??

Me too! I also received an empty envelope from Brooklyn, NY. I didn’t recognize the name on the envelope, so I called the number on the envelope and they asked me if I ordered anything from Woot! recently. When I told them I did, they asked me to email Woot! I just sent an email, so we’ll see what happens. I hope they will send a non-empty envelope this time…
I got my order but they are just bulk cables, no Apple packaging. I just wrote back to woot customer service about this. Had I known they would be from a third party seller I would not have ordered them. I can’t trust bulk Apple knockoffs.
I got an email back from Woot today telling me I could return the cables and gave me a return shipping label. I’m very pleased that Woot has taken care of this. i will be sending my cables back for a refund. Thank you Woot, you rock!
However Woot even if your third party seller assures you that the its a genuine Apple cable, I doubt that Apple sells cables in bulk to resellers without being in original packaging. Just sayin.
