FYI – what the 2 means is it was made between 2015 and 2022. Its basically the same mouse as made today but comes with the lightening cable vs USB-C. I got mine yesterday and it may be older, but it has not been used.

The thing that worries me most about refurbished items like this … that we don’t know what the battery health is.
