DID ANYONE ELSE ORDER THIS COMPUTER AND RECEIVE AN INTERNATIONAL VERSION THAT DOES NOT WORK IN THE UNITED STATES!!! I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF BY WOOT. AS A LONG-STANDING WOOTER I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED. AND I OPENED IT TO INSTALL IT JUST AFTER THE 30 DAY WINDOW (BECAUSE IT WAS A GIFT TO MY FATHER).

May I ask what is non-functional in the US? I don’t usually see much non-functionality with international versions.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
