How does this compare with the second generation? Is the second generation better enough you would definitely recommend not buying the first generation and instead pay a lot more for the second?

You’re not alone. Mine was an empty opened box as well. Just called customer support and they are refunding my order.

Mine as well. Holy crap!! No seal on the watch box either. And are you a magician? How were you able to call them? I’ve never seen any sort of customer support number here. Please share!

You were more right than you even knew! All I received was the apple watch packaging and the charging cable. The watch itself had been stolen out of the package.

We didn’t sell many thankfully but it seems to be all of them. Not sure how these made into the amazon warehouse this way. :\

Just got around to using mine, and it’s shocking us! Feels legitimately like a tens unit twitching our muscles when you put it on either arm. I’m going to chalk it up to being a bad batch and wrote into customer support. Hoping maybe apple will serve up a good replacement.
