Picked this up the last time it was offered on woot, and couldn’t be happier with it. A couple of things I’d keep in mind, is the band and the charger will be aftermarket, so don’t stress on which bands are available. I picked up some authentic Apple solo bands that woot had on sale (which are on sale now too) for cheap, and they are great! The knock-off band wasn’t bad though. I wouldn’t use the charger though … use an authentic Apple charger. I thought I might need a fast charger, but my old charger for the earlier apple watches was plenty fast enough for me, so I stuck with my old charger.
The Ultra itself came without any blemishes and battery with 98% capacity and has worked well. It took awhile for the initial charge and software update, but no issues setting up to my account. Coming from the Series 3 to the Ultra, I really love the Ultra. Big screen and I just like the look. I prefer the titanium color versus the Ultra 2 black titanium too. The charge lasts plenty for me. It eventually knew I would charge every night and set the max charge to 78% to lengthen battery life (an option you can override), but in a day’s use, I run it down from 78% to about 50% … so you can clearly use for sleep tracking or multiple days if you wanted.
All in all - I’m very happy with the upgrade to the Ultra, especially at this price!
Oxygen sensor functional?
Unknown. It could vary from watch to watch.

Only bummer is the cheap band. It definitely is the wrong size for the watch so while it’s attached, it wiggles at the attachment points.
FYI mine arrived extremely dead. Took hours of charging to even turn on. Then took an hour+ to update.
