Seriously? Why complicate the issue of dodging mosquitoes with some contraption that requires batteries and citronella? Just get some freakin bug spray and be done with it. Allergic to DEET? Ask your doctor what else you can use. There are many simpler and less environmentally degrading means repelling bugs…
