I know these are a bit spendy, but boy, are they good. I bought the ones with some different flavors, and was very happy. If they thicken just carefully put them in a pot with enough water to not cover the top, and warm them on very low heat (don’t boil) for an hour or so. Shelf life is very long, since honey does not ever spoil.
If it does not spoil, how was mead discovered?
