Got this last time and my cats love it! Pretty nice quality considering the price!

I also got this last time and my cat spends most of his day on it now. It’s pretty solid as long as you tighten it occasionally–he’s about 20 pounds and bolts up to the top level with minimal swaying.

I’ve had this exact tree (bought elsewhere) for about 4 years, and it’s still going strong. It’s sturdy enough to hold multiple cats at once, and mine love it. They’ve never used the hammock, but every other surface gets plenty of use. Armarkat makes better quality products than what you typically find at the chain pet stores.
