Highly recommend- I’ve been using mine on Comcast and Time Warner (moved states) for a couple years now, no issues. (And I paid $20 more in 2014!!)

I bought from woot and it never worked right. It took several calls to time warner and two wifi routers to figure it out. I am wondering if woot will reply to my inquiry to return or exchange. Buyer beware!

I was going to order one as a spare, but the disclaimer about possibly not being able to activate it makes me nervous about having it sitting on a shelf for a while. Woot customer service is lackluster at best with recent purchases. I can imagine if I have a problem a while from now, I will receive no support.

We bought one of these refurbs from woot a couple years ago too. One call to cox cable to swap the modem on our acct, no problems connecting and setting up. Has worked great for us.
