Artist comp codes that went "poof"

Hey there…posting here because it can be a while before Artist Support replies (and one of my codes expires on the 27th). By my count, I should still have 3 valid comp codes, but I’m getting a “That code is all used up” message when I try to make a purchase.

Is there any way to find out what’s up? I’m showing that I should have one that’s good through 3/27 and two that are good through 4/3.

Artist support will look into this and respond, it may take a few days but your request is in the queue if you emailed!
