Beware when ordering this. I ordered one of these from Woot and I was sent a box containing the headset, but without the Base Station. That is the receiver that connects the headphones to your PC or console. So what I was mailed was a useless pair of earmuffs that have no hope of working whatsoever. I contacted Woot about this but they say they can’t find another one of these headsets, even though they are plainly on the website, fully in stock and currently for sale. Apparently once you have already paid for something, you are nevertheless place lower in importance when it comes to customer service. Obviously I’m pretty unhappy about this.
