Has anyone successfully connected these to their Xbox 1? I’ve followed the instructions and watched several YouTube videos but they Headset will not connect. Xbox says headset is assigned but no audio is coming through the headset. Any help is greatly appreciated

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
