When Amazon has it for $0.05 cheaper is this really a woot sale?

That link looks like it is $38 to me. It was on a daily deal for around the same price as this woot price, but that ended after about 16 hours.
I actually looked at it and missed out on the daily deal, so I think I’m in for one on this.
Main benefits of this one I saw is that the fitting is metal (most like this are plastic) and it will automatically shut off at the set pressure.
Shipping shows up as $5, even though I am amazon prime member
