I sent another email last night directly to support@woot.com. I need to understand what will be done here. I need a tablet I can use and this one does not fit the bill. It wouldn’t start out of the box. I charged it overnight and it started, showed a full charge, and then died shortly after being unplugged. I went through the same process again yesterday. When it works, I like it, but It fails more than it works. So far I’m getting better support from my underwear than from Woot. Please help.
