The Raspberry Pi 4 2019 model is better, only $45 for 2Gb model, with better USB (2x2.0 & 2x3.0) and BT 5

I don’t think this is an “S” model. Look carefully near the micro USB connector. 4 thru-holes for header. But, both “S” models I’ve seen came out of the factory with power-on header already soldered on. This picture does not show it.
