I bought one of these (or an extremely similar one) a month ago for my daughter. It arrived DOA (exactly as dead as a brick). Asus “support” gave us double-talk for weeks until they finally said (an hour ago) we would have to return it to Woot! I’m waiting now to find out if Woot is going go tell me it’s been too long to return it now.
If you buy one of these things, be sure to factor in the extra cost of Square Trade. (I did, which is the only reason why this post is profanity-free.)
Oh, and if you have a problem, don’t make the mistake of calling Asus, unless you enjoy frustration. Really. Of all the calls I’ve made to support, they might be the absolute worst.
