Looks like it was bought from only 1 state. Perhaps only one unit was available for sale in total?

Items in the Clearance section (especially in categories such as Open Box and the Garage Sales) often have EXTREMELY limited quantities.
In this case, they may not have had much left over from the Woot Off, which is where this is from.
