Does the Asus Transformer T100 come with software installed, such as Office 2013? Reviews say it comes with Home and Student version.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a motherboard on here before. I’m not in the market (and would be looking at LGA-2011 anyway) but would like to see more of that stuff.

I was shocked to see that too…I had to do a double-take-scroll to look at it LOL.
I too would like to see more of this type of stuff!
Since this is a refurb, Office isn’t installed.
Super on the proverbial fence about getting the MeMO as a gift, I’ve done some poking around and the reviews seem fine (as does the price) but I’m a bit worried about getting a refurb (as well as buying electronics right before cyber monday is supposed to happen).
It’d just be to use instead of a cell, user is used to android well enough and would be for email and web browsing pretty much…
What do you guys think?
I received one on last Friday.
But only one day work and dead.
Now I try to return or refund.

I hope that goes well, I ended up ordering one as a gift, now I’m a bit worried.
Did you get the squaretrade thing or are you just going through woot?
Does anyone know if this has a manufacturer warranty? Normally, a reconditioned laptop would have one, but I see nothing listed about this.

I got one last Friday as well and it was working just fine til about a couple of hours ago. It just died. Can’t turn it on at all even after charging. I was so happy about it that I ordered another one just last night and now I’m worried the next one will be dead again in a few days. We’ll see. I’ll update.
I ended up buying one and got the squaretrade thing on it, the tablet I mean. The listing says it has a 90 manu. warranty, not sure if that’s any good and I’ve never used squaretrade before but I’m hoping to not have issues with it since I got it as a gift.
I plan on fiddling with it before wrapping it though so who knows what I’ll end up with when I mess with it.

Woot quickly responded by giving me a RMA for return. I’ll be returning my first order and will do a follow up report on my 2nd order once it arrives. We’ll see if the 2nd one will last longer than 3 days.

I’d ordered the exact same thing at the beginning of summer, a refurbished MeMo HD. I ordered it for my just-turned-two-year-old son so he can beat and toss it around. I never had an issue with it and I’m actually surprised how much I end up using it myself. Don’t get me wrong, it’s one of the bottom of the barrel tablets, but for performance, you will not find anything that will beat it in that price range.
That’s good info.
I got it today and despite the packing tape being… upset… the tablet looks great and came right on (was already charged, just needed to power it up).

No scratches or anything and the way they package it in the inner box is… awesome.
The second tablet is still working great so it’s been good deal so far.
