From a little bit of research: Manuka honey is PRICEY! The 10+ is less important of a measure than the MG 265+ rating. The MG rating is indicative of the concentration of the unique substance that gives Manuka honey its much better antibacterial properties (over non-Manuka honeys). While many of the other honeys I priced have a higher MG rating, it seems that there is no data that shows that significantly higher is necessarily better. And, let’s face it, most of us wooters are not going to be using it to help heal wounds, we’re going to be eating it in some manner or another.
