I paid for 5 packs, each containing 3 conditioners each.
I received 4 3packs of shampoo, and 1 3 pack of conditioner…
If you haven’t, make sure you get in touch with Woot CS.
From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Blargh. I guess I should be happy Amazon didn’t break up the 3pack. As noted above, make sure you reach out to CS.
I also bought 2 3-packs of conditioner, 6 bottles total, and I received 6 bottles of shampoo. The sticker on the 3-pack says conditioner, but the individual bottles all say shampoo.
@ThunderThighs Y’all got me stocking up on shampoo! Just got my corrected order and low and behold another 3 pack of shampoo instead of conditioner.
Ugh. Yeah, we took down the sale and blacklisted it. Inventory must be all messed up at the Amazon warehouse.
Contact CS so they can get you a refund.
I contacted customer support. They never responded, however, I am now banned from commenting on Amazon products. CS doesn’t respond to that either.
Hi there. I see that Woot customer service answered you on 9/23 within a few hours of your email and gave you a refund for the wrong products.
Where are you banned from commenting? It’s not here.
When I logged in with amazon it wouldn’t let me comment. This is probably because Amazon doesn’t let me comment, however, I don’t know why.
