Why do baby feet need exfoliant? You would think that they would have soft feet with all that crawling and no walking.

Ahh, Baby Foot is the brand name. The purpose is to exfoliate calluses for adults who will then have baby feet. This is probably the top brand for this foot treatment, and the price is high for that reason.
There are off brands that have high ratings on Amazon. For this price you could get a 6 pack of these treatments. I would recommend the others for a better deal.
