Should be good, I’m in the same boat.
I do suspect that most of those banks etc would also have issues if they were trying to process the kind of spikes woot deals with for BOC’s amidst what is usually pretty stable traffic flow. Its a goddamn stampede. normal rules don’t apply. either enjoy the ride or choose not to play… I choose to enjoy.

Same. I really want one, even though I know it’s silly stuff and a price loss item for them, but it’s a fun little surprise my kids and I have opened together the few times I’ve gotten them over the years. I’ve gotten more than I ever hoped for from them, both good and bad.
I certainly get frustrated in line because I’m human and we get like that when we don’t get what we want, but it fades quick enough.

I kind of like all the errors and timeouts. It feels like the fight you have when pulling in a big fish. Besides, it gives you more to fantasize and talk about when it gets away as it would had you actually pulled it in and saw it was just a piece of trash the whole time.

Considering the problems with Amazon sign in, think I can get the prime shipping cost removed if I purchase through a Woot-only mirror of my account? Prime appreciation week is actively making things more difficult for Prime members, looks like.
Don’t tell anyone else, but for BoC purchases there are no added shipping costs. So you can be signed in to either your Woot or Amazon linked account and it’s the same price.
