is it quicker to try and get a BOC on a computer rather than a phone. . . i can’t ever get a BOC!!! grrrrr.

Darn. Was waiting and waiting for a BOC to pop up. Figures it would when I had to walk away. 
I got crap for my birthday!
I made it to the vestibule of patience, but the BOC still eludes me agian.
What is the trick to winning one of these things?

Not sure where to ask this, so I’ll post it here. Does anyone know if there’s been a change in the rules for BOCs? My husband and I both had the (mis)fortune of winning a BOC a couple of weeks ago. That’s happened a couple times in the past and never been a problem. This time, he got his BOC, but I got an email cancelling mine because I’d already gotten one (my husbands, I hadn’t won one in quite awhile). I reached out to customer support and after a couple weeks, I just got an email saying it’s only one BOC per shipping address, not per person? The listings for BOCs still say one per person, so I’m confused. I reached back out to customer support, but haven’t heard anything. Can anyone clarify for me? I don’t want to lose out on my precious BOC, if that’s not the case!

It’s been that way for quite sometime.
I know of people to do some fancy footwork for more than one person per household.
work address, family member address, etc.
It’s one per household because a person could fake their name, or use their kid’s names, etc.
Also, it may have to do with payer source, but I’m no sure. If you both scored one, but used the same credit card, that might trigger some shenanigans.

I have only ever won one on the app on my cell. I missed the first few because I didn’t see it as soon as it popped up and I ended up in vop. This time I had my phone in hand when the item changed and I was able to hit it quicker. I think it really comes down to how fast you can hit it once it changes.
