I think it’s more of a meme, than a comic, not coming from anything specific, other than general manga/anime. Intending to show the poster is embarrassed by the product, but at the same time, performativly so, having taken the time to draw on blush marks so they would be visible while covering their eyes.
If anybody has a shotgun, we might could make this horse deader.
