Ok noted TT. Do you do price comps with other stores then? I’d also consider adding a section on price adjustments or a list somewhere on the website so it is clear for all.
Yeah, I bought a couple of thse for my daughter for Christmas.
But club stores often have discounts that are negotiated outside of open retail channels. Your post is only relevant for Costco members and those who want to join. (FYI you can join Costco and then cancel before the annual membership is up. BUT any extended warranty granted by Costco membership is voided; active membership required.)
Fun fact:
You can pair two of these together for stereo. (That’s why I bought my daughter a pair of them. But she wanted over-the-ear headphones instead. 
So she got Beats headphones.)
Best to keep them with the product so it’s not hanging around after it’s sold out.
And yes, we do comp to major retailers. Not eBay (unless it’s a well-known retailer) or club stores.
We’ll either take down our sale or in a few cases, lower the price.
