I ordered them in Gray. The outer box was a little rough with tape residue, and parts of the surface torn off by tape. The description says something to the effect of no blemishes you can see at arms length if I remember correctly. Inside the box, everything looks brand new including the headphones and accessories. I haven’t had the chance to try them out yet. I’m giving them a full charge first. I think they arrived nearly empty. Good deal of they work well. Too bad I can’t wear them at work. Oh well that’s what the Soundcore Frames are for.
Update: They may look new, but they simply won’t pair. My phone doesn’t even recognize them. Hopefully, Woot’s return policy is as good as I remember.
Update 2: I got it figured out. The reason my phone wasn’t recognizing them when they were in pairing mode, is because they were already paired! I had paired them days prior, and had to find them on my list of 50+ bluetooth devices and manually connect them. My mistake. The Studio Beats 3 are good!

Mine arrived cracked/broken on the left arm - package was in perfect condition in the original box inside the protective case so not a carrier issue. Scratches I understand but is broken considered “Grade A Refurbished”?
