Don’t know much about beats but that appears to be a different model (solo 3). Those are also available on Amazon.

These are studio 3 which are for 279 on Amazon.

Mediocre headphones at a premium price. If you’re gonna spend that much, just buy Bose.

At this price there are better options. Personally, I like Grados. They sound better than anything made by Beats, or should I say contracted out by Beats to the lowest bidder, and they are cheaper, thiugh you can spend more on much better models. As a bonus, they are made here in the USA.

You can buy from Beats for $239 and can return if you don’t like them. Why does Woot no longer give good deals like the old days. To many Woots if you ask me.

First they say they are Bluetooth, which is a standard, right? Then they give a “compatibility list” which raises an eyebrow… Gotta wonder. I’ll stick with my wired <$100 Sonys. Thanks.

If somebody is looking for Bluetooth, noise cancelling headphones why would they even be considering Grados? If somebody is looking for wired headphones to use at home why would they be looking at these? They’re practically different products.

I tried these and thought they were fine but personally preferred the sound of the Bose (QC35). I wouldn’t say one was better or worse, it’s just a different sound profile that is up to the listener’s personal preference.

Grados are great but they’d be useless for me on the train every day.

Beats stink if you ask me had two pairs both sounded blah and broke easy. I bought a pair of the Skull Candy Crusher headphones and they freaking rockkkk!!!

I suppose the one good thing about these headphones is that they make it very easy to identify the insecure and gullible among us, willing to grotesquely overpay just so they have the right logo on their ears.
