Is the regular price $99.99 or $25 as listed in the description?
It was $16.95.

It shows $99.99 (crossed out) next to $16.95. In description from manufacturer they indicate the cost is $25. Quite a discrepancy.
These Flash Deal sales are assembled by an algorithm, so sometimes weird stuff like that happens with the list price or even the sale price. I’m going to hazard a guess that these were originally sold on Amazon for $25, but the vendor recorded their MSRP as $99. Our algorithm picked up the description and the MSRP from that listing and placed it here for you to see and be confused about. Obviously we still have a bit of work to do to make sure these Flash Deal algorithms are putting together offers that make sense logically… But rest assured, we are working on it!
