It’s cheese. It probably contains milk, salt and rennet. Buy it, it’s delicious.
Beehive Cheese Co. is just down the road from my office and it is quite good. I think they have an online store and the price is cheaper than $30/lb (like $22/lb I think?). With shipping it might be sixes, though.
