Hello, I received a package that was torn and the contents inside damaged.
I did the damaged returns option, and it said to write an explanation and they will send an email. I did and haven’t received a reply after a few days.
I tried the self return, but it says not available.
There is no number to call, and no one has gotten back. Not even a automated message.
What else can I do?
Check your spam and junk mail folders.
Also Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

I’ve been a wooter for years and I can reliably say that the email customer service has never let me down or gone unanswered.
When rhe phones are up, there’ll be an option shown. I used it. Once. But I prefer the permanence of written correspondence.

I agree with written correspondence. I have new emails from Woot regarding my order was delivered, and deals. Nothing from Customer Service yet. The message said about 24 hours, its been over 2 days, maybe even 3 days. Thank you again for your reply
Check for an email from UPS too. If a return label was sent, it’ll come directly from there.
There is a phone option, but it only shows up when someone is available to answer.

Yes you are correct, I checked my woot email address, as well as my others (just in case). I received order details, and new deals, nothing from CS yet. I’ll just have to wait. Thank you for the reply!!

They figured out the issue - it was on our end. You should have an email soonish. Sorry for the delay and frustration.
